This Audi TT-RS in Turbo Blue belongs to one of the MTR Performance promotional cars.
The TT features an original Audi Sport Package, making it a unique appearance on the road. Besides the lowering and an OZ Ultraleggera wheel set, the car is equipped with larger brakes. This brake set is original from an Audi R8 and fully ceramic. Which almost results in emergency braking just by looking at the brake pedal. Motor-wise, the car is still completely standard, keep following the projects as this will change soon!

Can you please advise the exact spec of 19inches Ultraleggera wheels?(as per your photo with blue ttrs).
I mean ET of these wheels and width.
Also you uses michelin sport cup 2 tyres (255/35/19)?
