How does chip tuning work?

In chip tuning, we replace the original engine and transmission software on the ECU with custom-made, optimized software. This increases power, torque, and improves the driving characteristics of your car.

Our process

1. Reading

We read the original ECU software and save it in our database, one version for optimization and one backup. This way, your car can always be restored to its original state.

2. Measure

On the DYNO 4X4, we collect live data from your engine: power, torque, boost pressure, temperature, and fuel ratio. This gives us a complete picture.

3. Optimize

Our software engineer adjusts the parameters and writes the optimized software back into the ECU. We repeat this process with dyno runs until the optimal result is achieved.

4. Verify

The performance is printed on a clear graph, and an extensive test drive confirms that everything works perfectly and safely.
