The kit is available in three versions, depending on the turbo application:

• CNC adapter (56.3 mm) for the OE turbo.
• CNC adapter (62.8 mm) for the TTE 600, 625 V2 and 700 turbos.
• CNC adapter (65.7 mm) for the TTE 777 and 855 turbos.

Considerations
The efficiency of a turbocharged engine is directly affected by the intake air temperature (IAT) and the backpressure in the system. A crucial aspect that is often overlooked, however, is sufficient airflow before the compressor to prevent excessive boost pressure. Less vacuum and colder air allow the turbo to produce a greater mass flow, which ultimately means more air entering the intake—in short, this leads to noticeable power gains. A well-designed intake system can deliver significant power gains! Throughout our many years of experience in this industry, with countless hours of evaluation and development, we have observed the correlation between IAT, sufficient airflow to the compressor and its impact on power.

DO88 turbo intake hose
We began development by 3D-scanning the entire relevant area of the car. This enabled us to work systematically with the products in our SolidWorks CAD environment. The entire air filter system has been optimized for airflow, and radii and angles have been revised many times to achieve the best possible result! The finished product is verified using both Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and our SuperFlow SF1020 flow bench. We do everything we can to provide you, our customer, with reliable and accurate data.

The kit includes a black hose, a CNC-machined adapter for the turbo and high-quality hose clamps.
