Forge Motorsport Intercooler Audi RS3 8Y 2021+

This Forge Motorsport Intercooler is suitable for the Audi RS3 8Y 2.5 TFSI (from 2021 onwards).

This upgrade intercooler from Forge Motorsport provides better cooling of the intake temperature. Thanks to its increased volume and more efficient cooling core, the intercooler delivers much more stable performance than the original cooler. This ensures that you can always enjoy improved performance with both original and tuned engines.

This intercooler has a cooling core measuring 640 mm x 250 mm x 130 mm. As a result, this intercooler no longer fits in combination with the original bumper bar. That is why this intercooler comes with a modified bumper bar that allows you to install the intercooler without having to make any modifications yourself.

The intercooler uses the same connection diameters as the original cooler, so the original pressure hoses can be used. Optionally, you can choose to order an upgraded version made of silicone. These are also available from Forge Motorsport and have the advantage of being more pressure-resistant and reliable.

The intercooler has no less than 55% more cooling surface compared to the original cooler and 153% more volume.
