GFB T9355 DV+ VAG 1.4TSI Twin Charged Engines

This GFB DV+ is a direct replacement for the original diverter valve of the 1.4TSI engines with turbo and compressor (Twin Charged). Fits, among others, the Audi A1, VW Beetle, VW Golf 5 and Golf 6, VW Polo 1.4TSI GTI, Seat Ibiza FR + Cupra 6J, VW Beetle and VW Scirocco with the 1.4TSI engine with turbo and compressor.

Many contemporary turbo engines are fitted with an electrically controlled valve, which often fail quickly or are no longer airtight.

This results in pressure and power loss. In cars with hardware upgrades and possible tuning, this loss in turbo pressure and power is even more noticeable.

GFB offers a ready-made solution with the DV+, consisting of a robust anodised CNC-machined aluminium housing for the diverter valve. The GFB DV+ uses the original actuator, but features a brass piston that takes care of sealing the diverter valve. This eliminates the standard rubber diaphragm (which leaks quickly).

Another advantage of the GFB DV+ is that the valve responds faster than the original (OEM) diverter valve.
