With the RacingLine (VWR) magnetic sump plug (sump plug) for the VAG EA888.4 engines, you will catch all metal particles in your oil and thus protect your engine and oil. Fits, among others, VW Golf 8 GTI, 8 GTI Clubsport, Golf 8 R, VW Polo 6 GTI AW.2, Audi A1 Competition 207hp 40TFSI GB, Audi S3 8Y, Cupra Leon IV FW, Cupra Formentor and Skoda Octavia IV vrS NX.

The RacingLine magnetic sump plug pulls and separates the tiny abrasive and ferrous metal particles carried by driveline oils, preventing them from circulating through your engine's lubrication systems. Besides: the harder your engine works the more you are at risk of minuscule dirt. In that case, the advantage for using a magnetic sump plug is even greater.

This sump plug is to replace the original sump plug with OE part number N91167901
