Welcome to our TTE1020 Upgrade turbo stage for the new EA825 4.0-litre TFSI engine fitted in the AUDI RS6/RS7 C8, RS Q8, A8 60TFSI D5, PORSCHE CAYENNE, PANAMERA, LAMBORGHINI URUS.

For this stage, we are fitting larger TTE Billet compressors and also fitting larger TTE 9-blade exhaust turbines and milling the exhaust housing to get great power output.

Much effort has gone into the CNC 5-axis milling programme for the compressor housing inlet to ensure maximum flow to make the TTE1020 something special.

NEW turbos are fitted with OEM/TTE1020 thermal insulation as standard (as shown).

Balance

Precise balancing of our turbochargers is a crucial factor in becoming a TTE upgrade product, as durability and performance are of paramount importance. Good balance also improves acoustics. With all TTE turbochargers, great care is taken to achieve our balancing standards. First, components are balanced at low speeds up to 2800 rpm in multiple planes using our single component machine, then the components are assembled and then the CHRA is dynamically balanced, but this time, depending on the application, up to 250,000 rpm in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to achieve the ultimate balance, at a standard much higher than OEM. Each turbocharger comes with a serial number of the balance test result.
