The Wagner Tuning intercooler kit for the Porsche 991 911 Turbo (S) has the following core dimensions (2 x [320 mm x 238 mm x 110 mm] = 16.755 l), providing 40% more volume than the standard intercooler.

Our engineers have increased both the dimensions and efficiency of the intercooler core and improved the design of the end tanks to eliminate OEM restrictions; this results in better airflow and superior cooling performance. This kit uses our award-winning Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler core, which was specifically developed for this application. It is one of the highest-quality 'Tube-Fin' cores on the market. The intercooler weighs only 2 x 5.3 kg. Flow analyses and simulations were carried out to optimize the design for the best possible internal airflow. The kit also includes a matching carbon air guide to ensure optimal airflow to the intercooler, as well as additional silicone hoses with an increased diameter. This intercooler kit is the best choice for increased performance and low intake temperatures. Equipped with a corrosion-resistant protective coating with excellent heat-dissipation properties.
