The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (640mm x 410mm x 65mm), giving it an external charge air volume of 17 litres (OEM 9 litres). The newly developed high-quality mesh (Tube Fine) ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of just 8.9 kg. The die-cast aluminium end bins were made in CAD and optimised using CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end tray ensures homogeneous filling of the competition's high-quality mesh. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been enlarged to Ø70 mm, which is why this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.

Overall, this intercooler has much less back pressure than the standard intercooler. Moreover, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant performance boost.

Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to perform. All our products are subjected to constant quality control.
