Competition's high-performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (550mm x 445mm x 70mm = 17,130cm³) and thus offers a 134% larger intake area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Competition's high-performance mesh is a high-quality tubular fin with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 9.5 kg. The end bins of the intercooler are cast aluminium and were optimised using flow analysis in the CFD system.

The connection diameters are Ø62mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67mm at the intercooler outlet. Optionally, this kit is available with complete charge air pipes. This includes 3 reinforced silicone hoses and 1 aluminium charge air pipe.
The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our charge air coolers have a corrosion-resistant coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant performance boost. Fully installation-ready kit, simply replace with series intercooler - plug and play. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products are under constant quality control. Suitable for racing.
