Wagner Tuning Intercooler Competition Kit EVO 3 2.5TFSI Audi RS3 8P, TTRS 8J

The EVO3 intercooler kit for the Audi RS3 8P, TTRS 8J 2.5TFSI is an advanced development of the previously available EVO2 intercooler kit.

This high-quality intercooler has the following core dimensions (515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm) and offers a 120% larger frontal area and 142% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed, high-quality competition-grade core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator, and is also very lightweight. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in a CAD system. Integrated air guides at the inlet ensure an even airflow through the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This makes this kit ideal for motorsport applications. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 11.2 kg thanks to the new high-quality competition-grade core. Installation is simple and uses the original mounting points (direct replacement). Optimal charge air cooling results in a significant performance improvement! The connection diameter is 68 mm on both sides.
