The Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for VAG models with the 2.0T(F)SI 1st & 2nd generation engine (EA113 & EA888.1).

The Competition intercooler has the following net dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm / 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger flow area and 50% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh still ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg / WAGNERTUNING 9.2kg) . CAD-developed free-form end housings with integrated cast aluminium air hoods for the best possible internal air distribution.
The CNC-machined hose connections have been enlarged to Ø67 mm, so this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.
Overall, this intercooler has much less back pressure than the standard intercooler.
Moreover, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant performance boost.
Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to perform.
All our products undergo continuous quality control.
