The AKA Performance Turbo 90 Inlet Elbow for MQB is designed as an upgrade to significantly increase airflow to the turbo. It is the perfect complement to the standard airbox or an upgraded cold air intake system.
The part is easy to install; the AKA Turbo Inlet has a large diameter and is CNC machined from an aluminum billet to replace the standard factory turbo inlet.

By removing the standard plastic elbow that provides very restrictive airflow to the turbocharger, the AKA turbo elbow reveals an impressive improvement in airflow by smoothing the curve to the turbo. This results in increased power and torque due to faster turbo spool and increased airflow generated. You’ll even hear an improved sound from your turbo, which is a benefit for any enthusiast!

The AKA turbo elbow is compatible with all factory IHI turbos used in the MQB-EA888 1.8T and 2.0T engines.

Installation is very simple. The kit can be installed in 10 minutes with the right tools.

The AKA Turbo 90 Inlet Elbow is perfect to combine with other AKA Performance parts, such as the AKA Turbo Muffler Delete 2.0TSI EA888 MQB.
