The EGO downpipe for VAG 1.8-2.0TSI engines from HG-Motorsport is a direct replacement for the original part. The perfect fit and high-quality materials make this a top product in our range. The optimized diameter, pipe routing, and/or catalytic converter design significantly reduce the turbo's load.

The EGO downpipe is made from one piece of cast material, including the top and bottom up to the flexible pipe.

After the 84 mm turbo outlet, the downpipe widens to a diameter of 121 mm. Thanks to 3D flow analysis, maximum exhaust gas flow is achieved with a single casting.

Reduced backpressure and thermal relief result in a significant increase in torque, power, and improved throttle response, while simultaneously extending the downpipe's lifespan.
