CTS Upgrade Intercooler Audi S4/S5 3.0TFSI & A4/A5 2.0TFSI B9 2016+

This CTS Turbo upgrade intercooler is a direct fit front mount intercooler (FMIC) for the Audi B9 platform. It fits, among others, the Audi A4 and A5 B9 2.0 TFSI and the S4 + S5 B9 with 3.0 TFSI engine.

The standard intercoolers are known for their less than optimal performance. Both on standard engines and tuned engines, this intercooler does not cool the turbo pressure sufficiently. This results in disappointing performance and the engine's potential cannot be fully utilized.

The CTS Turbo intercooler ensures that significantly more power can be achieved. Even under extreme conditions such as track days and sporty driving, this intercooler delivers very good cooling performance.

This intercooler is suitable for both original engines and engines equipped with stage 1, stage 2, or stage 3 tuning. It is also highly recommended for turbo upgrades. There is a noticeable increase in power (hp) and torque (Nm) after installing this intercooler.

This intercooler is one of the largest on the market, with a cooling volume of nearly 20 liters. That is more than twice the size of the original intercooler. The CTS intercooler has been tested without issues at pressures up to 3.5 bar.

The cooling core is a bar and plate core that offers excellent heat dissipation. This keeps the intake temperature consistently low. This cooling core is placed between two cast aluminum parts. The cast parts of the intercooler ensure optimal flow of the turbo pressure, minimizing pressure loss in the intercooler and allowing the air to flow as efficiently as possible to your intake manifold. These cast parts include a guide that evenly distributes the turbo pressure over the cooling core, ensuring the air is cooled across the entire core.

The intercooler can be installed using the original intercooler hoses.
