Tests conducted on our SuperFlow SF1020 flow bench clearly demonstrate the importance of this optional Turbo intake hose and pipe. Our intake system is designed to improve airflow, reduce vacuum, and at the same time draw in only cold air. Many aftermarket intake systems draw warm air from the engine bay, resulting in very high intake air temperature (IAT) and thus power and performance loss. Our system is a true cold air intake.

Always keep in mind that the EM intake system and air filter are designed for the power level the car was originally built for. A power increase may cause your standard intake system to no longer perform optimally. If your intake system does not deliver the performance you need, it becomes too difficult for the turbo to supply the required air. This lowers engine efficiency and leads to power loss. Even with a software-tuned engine, the do88 intake system provides a performance improvement compared to the standard air filter box!
