RacingLine Diverter Valve Upgrade for VAG 2.0/2.5/4.0 TSI/TFSI

This RacingLine Diverter Valve upgrade is for various VAG vehicles with an EA888.3, EA888.3B, EA888.1, EA113, EA824, and EA855 engine.

The original diverter valve (DV) on many Volkswagen Group 2.0 TSI engines (EA888 Gen 4, Gen 3, 3B, and EA113) is a plastic valve with a diaphragm. Great for quiet operation and low production costs, but less ideal if your engine frequently runs under higher turbo pressure and temperature.

With more boost, heat, and repeated stress, that factory diaphragm can deform over time, start leaking, or even break. The result? Irregular buildup/holding of turbo pressure, less immediate throttle response, and power that slowly “leaks away” without being immediately noticeable.

The solution: billet aluminum, piston design
