RacingLine Turbo Inlet 1.0TSI for VW Up! GTI, Golf 7/8, Audi A1, etc.

The RacingLine 1.0TSI High Flow Turbo Inlet Elbow is one of the upgrades you need for optimal airflow towards the turbo. This part fits in combination with your original air filter housing (which can ideally be combined with a sport panel filter). It also fits other aftermarket air intakes and air filters. This 1.0TSI inlet elbow is ideal if you want to apply chip tuning or have installed other hardware upgrades such as a different downpipe, turbo, intercooler, or intake.

This turbo inlet elbow is made from thin-walled aluminum and ensures very good flow of cool air to the turbo. It also has the largest possible diameter. This enhances throttle response because the turbo can be supplied with intake air faster. Power will also increase.

This upgrade is ideal to combine with both the original air filter housing and other upgraded air intakes.

Note: this upgrade does not fit models from 2020 onwards that were produced with the WLTP emission updates. If you are unsure whether this upgrade fits, please contact us to be sure.

Due to the large diameter, it is possible to allow more air through than the original turbo inlet. The turbo inlet features a CNC-machined flange, ensuring an optimal fit. This flange also ensures the diameter remains larger up to the turbo, improving airflow.

• This RacingLine turbo inlet can be installed both with the original turbo and air filter, as well as with an upgraded air intake.
  
• Fits all 1.0TSI and TFSI EA211 engines. Not suitable for models after 2020 with the WLTP update (if in doubt about fitment, please contact us). This product is not suitable for cars equipped with an OPF filter.
