Wagner Tuning Intercooler Competition Kit EVO3 BMW 335i F30/F31/F34 N55

The powerful intercooler has core dimensions of 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (23.56 liters), providing a 165% larger frontal area and 223% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core features a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 13.8 kg. The end tanks are made of cast aluminum and optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit is specially developed to meet the demanding requirements of advanced tuning on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original quick connectors have been removed, and the inlet diameter has been increased to Ø65 mm and the outlet diameter to Ø76 mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a Ø76 mm aluminum charge air pipe. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conductive properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant performance improvement. The complete, ready-to-install kit includes a custom crossbar and is easy to replace with the original parts. Due to the large dimensions, minor adjustments to the intercooler bracket may be necessary. Tested and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control. Suitable for racing applications.
